At Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music, we believe that music is a transformative force one that cultivates discipline, confidence, and purpose. We are committed to nurturing student excellence through rigorous academics, world-class musical training, and by building a restorative culture that fosters resilience, community, and belonging. Our students are artists, scholars, and change makers, whose talents reverberate throughout our campus, the Bronx, and New York City. We do this work because every young person deserves the opportunity to rise, to be seen, and to inspire and through music, they do. Our strategic partnerships with Lehman College and AP4ALL allows our students to have access to college-level courses in high school in all core academic areas. In addition, our Future Ready program has exposed students to career-connected learning, an educational model that reimagines learning by blending classroom instruction with real-world experience, 21st century employability skills, early college credits and credentials. Our students receive a head start on a Business and Marketing career-connected pathway to successful launch into strong jobs and careers by exploring opportunities in their desired industry.
