We're home to the world-renowned International Baccalaureate (IB) program and exciting specialty tracks in STEM, Pre-Medicine, and Future Educators. Our students graduate at rates well above the city average, and they challenge themselves through more than 20 Advanced Placement (AP) and Honors courses. Want a head start on college? Our students can earn real college credit through partnerships with top schools like St. John's University, SUNY Farmingdale, York College, and more! Our school is filled with hands-on learning spaces like a real courtroom, a medical training room, an art and design studio, and even a Virtual and Augmented Reality lab! Students also get to explore unique programs like Culinary Arts, Hydroponics, Air Force JROTC, Robotics, Mock Trial, and Virtual Enterprise. At John Adams, we care about every student's well-being.
