Featured in US News and World Report's Best High Schools in America 2016 & 17, students graduate with the skills necessary for success in the 21st century. Students enroll in Theater, Dance, Vocal Music, Instrumental Music, Visual Studies or Video& Film programs, culminating in Chancellors Endorsed Diploma in the Arts or CTE certifications. We have the DOE's only rooftop garden/outdoor performance space. Students will receive hands-on CTE experience in our soon to be one of a kind in-school TV studio. We typically achieve a 99% college acceptance rate with over $1.000,000 in offered scholarships. Our school's philosophy is to "take care of ourselves and each other." We use the Arts and Technology to provide innovative and engaging instruction that inspires students to develop their academic, creative, and world-citizen potential through a heart and hands on approach to learning. Graduates learn the essence of Tapco Pride, Preparation, Resilience, Inclusivity, Data and Enjoyment.
